Booking and Availability
Our GPs are available across our London, Guildford and Esher clinics, with appointments offered in person, by telephone or by video call, whichever suits you best.
Prescriptions and Repeat Medication
If you need a repeat, new or urgent prescription, you can request it online. Requests are reviewed by our clinical team before being issued electronically.

Yes. GP consultations are available in person, by telephone or by video call.
What if I need a sick note or referral letter?
Sickness certificates and referral letters can be provided alongside a GP consultation, where clinically appropriate.
How do I request a prescription?
You can request a repeat, new or urgent prescription online. Requests are reviewed by our clinical team before being sent electronically.
Do I need to be a Levitas member to book a GP consultation?
No. GP consultations are available to members and non-members alike. Levitas membership gives 7-day access to GP appointments plus a discount on selected services.
