Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly will my prescription request be processed?
We aim to process prescription requests the same day, seven days a week. Even so, please do not wait until you have run out before requesting.
Who reviews my prescription request?
Every prescription is reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor or a GPhC-registered clinical prescribing pharmacist. Some requests, particularly new medications, will require an appointment before medication can be issued.
Can I request controlled medicines through this form?
Controlled drugs cannot be requested through this form and are subject to additional safeguards. Please contact the clinic directly.
How will my prescription be issued?
Prescriptions issued by Levitas Clinic are private and issued electronically, so they can be sent to any UK pharmacy or delivered to your home anywhere in the UK. Our team will confirm any fees before you commit, and if a request cannot be approved, no prescription fee is charged.
Do members pay prescription fees?
Levitas members pay no private prescription arrangement fees, and the consultations that new prescriptions often require are included — the savings add up quickly.
